The best word to describe this song is epic. From the melodic riffs with the awesome drums at the beginning to the chorus, which has really cool backing vocals as well to increase the awesomeness.
This is easily one of the best songs off Tinnitus Sanctus, though I could probably say the same about most of the other songs on it as well. It's just a great album!
I read an interview with Tobias Sammet, which I can't find right now, but if I remember correctly he said that "The Pride Of Creation" was what he thought metal should sound like. I would have to agree to that.
