The guitar riff has an amazing feel to it and it gets better when the drums comes in to build up before the verse. C.C. DeVille's small guitar solo parts are placed throughout the song. His main solo is also quite good.
The song is about a girl moving to Los Angeles to try to make it as an actress. The video elaborates on the story in the lyrics. The theme also fits with the history of Poison, since Bret Michaels, Bobby Dall and Rikki Rockett, having formed a band called "Paris", all left from their home town to L.A. to get famous. They obviously succeeded.
