Avantasia - Carry Me Over

Artist: Avantasia
Song: Carry Me Over
Album: The Scarecrow (Get the album on Amazon)

This song is one of the shorter and more "radio friendly" songs of the album. It's also a song that carries a feeling of sadness and loneliness that you can hear both in the music and the lyrics. This is all part of a story carried over Avantasia's three latest albums and I would reccomend buying them and listening through it all as a whole.
As I always feel the need to mention, Tobias Sammet is the writer and composer of all these amazing songs. He also sings very beautifully and plays the bass on all of the album.
The guitars on this song is done by Sascha Paeth, who is also the producer of the last three albums by Avantasia. His guitar solo is great.
Drums are done by Eric Singer, who has previously played with Black Sabbath and Alice Cooper and is currently the drummer in KISS. He really does a fantastic job with this song.
"Even when you're around
Still I'm out of sight, out of sound
In your world I'm out of place"

I hope you like it :)
