Bach/Gounod - Ave Maria

It's been a long time since I wrote about classical music, so I'll give that another shot. The harmony (chords) was composed by Johann Sebastian Bach and I think it was published in 1722. The melody was improvised by Charles Gounod over a hundred years later.
The arpeggiated chords are beautiful and relaxing. Then the melody comes in and feels much the same way at first. Then it gets a bit more dramatic around the middle before it relaxes again towards the end.

I hope you like it :)
