The top video is the album version. The lower video is from the "Handmade" dvd, in which the band did acoustic versions of their songs. I think both versions are great.
The album version leans more towards rock, though the acoustic version also sounds like rock, only a bit softer.
Both versions are good and I can't really say that one is better than the other.
I like Oliver's 12-string guitar in the acoustic version. It sounds great.
