The guitar sounds and arrangements are just amazing. The Edge is one of the best at finding great guitar sounds.
As for the rhythm section, it's really good. Larry Mullen Jr. has this really nice drum beat. Adam Clayton's bass playing is also really cool. The bass is quite prominent in this song, which you can hear as the bass comes in with the bass drum in the intro.
Then you have Bono, singing in his upper range and sounding amazing. It fits really well with the song.
