This is a really nice song by Jason Walker. There are two versions that I know of. The one you can hear in the video above that features Molly Reed and another one where it's just Walker (Click here to hear it). I prefer this version because i think the song fits better as a duet and the two singers compliment each other nicely.
Also there's guitar in the duet version. The guitar and piano combination works very well.
