Def Leppard - Bringin On The Heartbreak

Artist: Def Leppard
Song: Bringin' On The Heartbreak
Album: High 'n' Dry (Get the album on Amazon)

High 'n' Dry was the last album Def Leppard did with Pete Willis on guitar, as he was replaced by Phil Collen in 1982.
This song is a great mix of soft and hard rock, with beautiful verses, rocking choruses and great guitar solos. I think this is one of Joe Elliott's best singing performances, especially the live performance from 1988 that you'll see below.

Here's the live version:

I hope you like it :)

  1. Nice, powerful chorus. Reminds me of ballads made by Europe. I like the clips from 80&90s. Nowadays almost every rock/metal video is a piece of crap. :( Bring back 80&90s!

  2. Yeah, the 80's and 90's music is great, but there are many rock videos today that I like. And from earlier too.
I try to not limit myself by decades and genres, but rather divide it all into music that I like and music that I don't like :)

  3. Sweet, love these guys. And this song, really good. I would recommend their Rock of Ages album, all their good stuff is on it.

    1. I think you mean the Pyromania album. Rock of Ages is a song from that album.
I think all their stuff is good stuff :)
