Steve Vai is easily one of the best guitarists in the world, both in technical and musical ability. I think this song shows a lot of it. The title and music fit perfectly.
I think the riff is about the heaviest of all his riffs and the solo parts are awesome. The fact that he's coloured silver just adds to the awesomeness.
